The Heights Munnar Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful hotel nestled in the hills of Munnar. The hotel, located amidst tea plantations, rivulets, and waterfalls, offered amazing views of the surrounding nature. The rooms were impeccably maintained and provided an unrestricted view of the gorgeous surroundings. The staff at the hotel were sweet and helpful, always ready to assist even at the early hours of the morning. The breakfast spread offered by the hotel was delicious, and the menu for both breakfast and dinner was varied and extensive. The hotel also had a clean and well-maintained swimming pool to enjoy.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a breathtaking view of the lush green valley. We were also impressed by the wide range of food options available in the buffet breakfast and dinner, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. The location of this hotel, nestled in a charming and serene area, added to the overall relaxing and enjoyable experience of our stay.

Amazing views, friendly & helpful staff with good local knowledge. Great early morning walk thru the tea plantation to the near by waterfall. Magical tree house stay. Rehana were pretty good for our stay. Excellent hospitality, wide menu selection, fine view of the green valley. Clean rooms, lush green location, great service.

Nothing it is perfect.

This hotel is located in a serene area surrounded by tea plantations, waterfalls, and rivulets, offering a stunning view of the green valley. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern, with good amenities; some suites have awesome views. Breakfast and dinner buffet offers a wide spread of both vegetarian and non, vegetarian food, with fresh ingredients and a perfect blend of spices. Excellent hospitality, friendly and helpful staff, with a well, maintained swimming pool on, site.

The availability of hot water may be limited at times.

The hotel was a great place to stay for our mountain retreat. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. We loved the peaceful and secluded location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were clean, well-maintained and had stunning views of the beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that we were offered every morning.

There were some negative aspects. The location was quite far from the city, which made driving to the hotel quite difficult especially at night.

The hotel was situated in a stunning area surrounded by nature, which made for a lovely romantic getaway. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and the fact that there was a pool to cool off in on hot days. Another positive aspect was the friendly personnel who always greeted us warmly and were eager to help with our needs.

Our experience was marred by a few negative aspects.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and their hospitality was excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and I noticed that the hotel facilities were well maintained. The Breakfast spread was just amazing and there were vegetarian options available. the hotel is located away from the main Munnar market, so it offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The best part was the picturesque view from my room.
